If you want to stay consistent, you need to understand the process of change, which includes ebbs and flows in motivation and discipline. Knowing that feeling like you aren't making progress is PART of the progress. You can stay consistent and move forward with your goals by stacking tiny habits (microhabits) that will help you to keep moving forward on your goals. Doing a little bit every day really does help! It makes your success inevitable.
